Ultramarine Ash

SKU: PAB14 Categories: , Tags: , , ,

Ultramarine Ash derives from the making of Lapis Lazuli (known during the Italian Renaissance as “Fra Angelico Blue”).  This lovely neutral gray-blue dry pigment exhibits sparkles from the naturally occurring Pyrite crystals in Lapis.  It’s a good underpainting color and can be used as underpainting for Lapis Lazuli.
