We endeavor to hand fulfill, pack and ship within 3-5 working days unless we are out of state or away selling at an Art Festival, Historical reenactment or major Artists Convention and Expo.
We use USPS shipping calculated by weight and size for US destinations. Your package will be insured for the full amount. Once we have a tracking number, we’ll email that to you. Please give very accurate address information!
International shipments are currently limited to 10 lbs (4.5 kg).
There may be an additional charge for insurance if the value of the shipment is over $50 (for shipments within the US) or $200 (for international shipments).
In the event your order does not go through because of an issue with the shipping (for example, if your location is not served by the USPS Priority Mail, or if your order is international and is over 4.5 kg), contact us to see if we can fill the order by another method.
We endeavor to “Wow” our customers with authentic looking colors from times past by using the least harmful colors, today. However, computer monitors are wickedly divergent in their depiction of color.
Returns of unused, sealed, saleable merchandise may be made within 30 days.
Tools in perfectly saleable condition may be returned for store credit or refund.
No returns can be made of personal safety items, opened pigment sets or opened individual jars.
Customer pays for return shipping.
